What we collect
When you use the contact, booking or partner forms, we receive the details you type: name, phone number, email (if given), the service you are interested in and your message.
Our calculators run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used, in aggregate. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange an appointment and, if you become a client, to provide the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
Form enquiries arrive by email and are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Unidara Associates who work on your enquiry. We do not sell or share your details. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.
Sensitive documents
Please don’t send NID, passport or bank documents through the website forms. After you contact us, we share a secure way to send them.
