Every morning, three answers in under ten seconds

Deadlines today live in memory, paper registers and Excel. The tracker replaces them with one screen, so no statutory date is missed.

  • What is due today, tomorrow and the day after?

  • Which clients are still pending this year, quarter and month?

  • Which hearing or tribunal dates are coming up, and who is attending?

What it tracks

Switch on the services you handle for each client; tasks are created for every cycle automatically.

  • Yearly

    Income tax returns

One task per client per tax year from 1 July. Individuals and firms due on Tax Day; companies on the 15th day of the 7th month after year end. Records filed date, acknowledgement no. and tax paid.

  • Quarterly

    Withholding returns

Four tasks per income year (Q1–Q4) for deducting clients. The due-day rule sits in settings, so it changes with NBR orders without new code.

  • Monthly

    VAT returns (Mushak 9.1)

Twelve tasks a year, due on the 15th of the next month. Records the VAT Online submission ID, amount deposited and nil-return flag.

  • By date

    Hearings, appeals & tribunal

Each hearing notice is entered as an event. Record the outcome; an adjournment with a next date creates the next hearing automatically, so the case history builds itself.

  • One-off or repeating

    Other chamber tasks

Audit-notice replies, advance-tax instalments, RJSC annual filing, trade-licence renewal — monthly, quarterly or yearly repeats.

  • Month / week

    Calendar & cause list

Every deadline and hearing on one colour-coded calendar, with a printable 30-day cause list for the office notice board.

A task never disappears on its own

  • Overdue items stay pinned at the top until marked Done or Not applicable.
  • Mark done records the filed date and acknowledgement number; the next cycle creates a fresh task.
  • Bulk done for busy dates — the 15th VAT deadline with 50 clients is one card, not fifty.
  • Weekends and government holidays move the due date to the next working day.
  • Each client and staff member belongs to the Chattogram or Dhaka office; filter by office or “my tasks”.

Built for firms that handle client data

  • Your own workspace

Each firm is a separate, isolated account. No firm can see another firm’s clients.

  • Roles

Firm admin, staff and read-only viewer, with office-level access.

  • Audit log

Every login, done, reopen and hearing change is recorded with who and when.

  • Your data, exportable

Your firm owns its data and can export everything to Excel at any time.

Works on phones as an installable web app, for advocates at tax offices and tribunals.

Run a tax, VAT or law practice?

We are building the tracker for our own chambers first, then opening it to other practitioners on a yearly subscription. Tell us about your firm and we will add you to the early-access list.

Features describe the planned first release and may change as it is built. Statutory dates follow the Income Tax Act 2023 and VAT rules as amended; firms can adjust the rules to the latest NBR orders.

Have a deadline coming up? Let’s get it filed.

Tell us what you need. A licensed practitioner reviews your case and sends a fixed quote before any work starts.
